The Main Street Area Action Plan (MSAAP) is a coalition of community-based organizations, non-profit, community advocates, and governmental partners working to build spaces for community where all people feel safe and connected to one another and the neighbourhood. The plan aims to enliven Winnipeg's Main Street area with a sense of love and hope, through access to housing, health services, recreation, cultural connections, and natural and built beauty.

The area is not defined geographically, but is a core area with waves of interconnected neighbourhoods that connect and support the people who call this area home. The heart of the neighbourhoods is the Circle of Life Thunderbird House and the life it brings into the community.
